EXCHANGES: can only be accepted if in original, unused condition and packaging fully intact (including dustbag). We cannot accept returns with removed tags or packaging. Any exchanges must take place within 10 days from receiving your purchase. All Sale stock is final, no refunds or exchanges. Please note that postal costs for the returned goods are the responsibility of the purchaser, and only in the event that the product is deemed faulty will the purchaser be reimbursed. Before returning the goods, you will need to email meliaebag@gmail.com with receipt of purchase and reason for return/exchange.
